What material do you use?

All our custom jumpers are super soft acrylic yarn (not itchy). We tested lots of fabrics over the years and acrylic is by far the best option. It looks and feels brilliant and washes amazingly well - the sweaters will feel amazing.

To get your exact colour, we take your pantone (colour) and match it to our yarn so your sweater will be the same color as your branding. Lots of small and large Every jumper is extremely soft and doesn't itch - a top quality product!

When is the best time to put an order in for Christmas 2022?

It's always best to order early.

Production time is currently 30-35 days.

For Gifts, Promotions and Swag
We take orders all the way up to mid-November. The earlier you order the better. There are huge advantages to ordering early including:
1. Ensures jumpers are delivered in lots of time
2. Lower cost shipping available
3. As we can slow ship, it's much much better for the environment.

For Resellers
While we take orders all the way up to mid-October, the best time to order is July / August as it gives lots of time for the jumpers to arrive and be photographed and merchandised in plenty of time for the holidays.

Can I speak to someone about my jumper?

Absolutely. Every customer is assigned an account manager and they'll be fully available throughout the process. During business hours, you can always expect to hear back on any query in under an hour!

Are there any hidden costs?

None! We'll give you the full price up front, including shipping right to your door!

How fast can I get them?

Fast. The jumpers are knitted from scratch so there is some handiwork involved, yet our typical production time is just 30 days. We can even offer offer rush orders on request, so if you let us know when you need them for, we'll be able to confirm if we can meet your date. In the rare cases that we can't, we'll tell you.

Can I get my own labels?

No problem - we can make and include your logo on the label of each custom jumper

Are there any design restrictions?

The design can go anywhere so you can use the front, back and sleeves. You can use any colours you like with a maximum of 6 colors per design. The cuffs, collars and hem need to be a solid color, but other than that you have total freedom to create only the most amazing designs!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide. The shipping cost is calculated based on product and quantity and is charged as part of the initial payment. We will show you the shipping charge with the main order payment, all at the one time.

You can reduce your shipping costs and make savings by designing early. For instance, for orders placed in August, you have a slower shipping option which means your items will arrive in early November. There is a huge cost saving on slower shipping and you'll have lots of time to merchandise and sell your stuff. In addition, it is much much better for the environment.

If you would like to order later, as always, we can make and ship the jumpers incredibly fast.

What do you mean by sustainable?

Waste / Landfill - Almost all merch ends up in landfill without being used. Not these Christmas Jumpers - these unique pieces of artwork are loved by all. Creating a unique sweater that's loved and re-worn over and over again is our aim. We love watching social to see how your pieces of art end up. We've been making sweaters for over 10 years and we know how to make them last.

Materials - We use 100% acrylic yarn to make the sweaters. The sweaters are soft and durable and wear and wash well. Most of the acrylic we use is recycled which means it's an incredibly sustainable fabric.

Work Conditions - We have been working with a select group of production partners for years now, and they are truly amazing. The work conditions for staff are absolutely excellent - our production partners are audited independently and we also visit the factories periodically to check for ourselves. We take care to never work with cheap, dangerous, exploitative production partners.

Tree Planting - Of course, we also plant a tree for every item we make.
